Farhaan Mir
Farhaan Mir is the Managing Member and President of
IIG Debt Management LLC. Mr. Mir is a founding partner and Director of Bearing Group Ltd., a UK based financial consulting group of companies operating across Europe serving corporate and institutional clients. His commercial career includes structuring and negotiating financial/commercial vehicles and managing the associated implementation.
Chip Arndt
Chip Arndt serves as a board member of and strategic advisor to
IIG Debt Management LLC. Mr. Arndt is a Managing Partner at Arndt Strategies, LTD which oversees investments and management of his portfolio companies. Those companies include: MerchantAdvantage, LLC, based in Miami, where he is Co-Founder and EVP of Business Development, Flimp Media, LLC, based in Boston, where he serves on the Board of Directors, Machine Talker, LLC, based in Santa Barbara, where he is a founding investor, and Almost Golf, LLC, based in Los Angeles, where he is a founding member and strategic advisor. Mr. Arndt was an investment banker with Morgan Stanley for five years completing over $5 bn of corporate and public financial transactions based out of their Hong Kong, London, Paris, Washington DC and New York offices. Mr. Arndt was graduated Yale, cum laude, and Harvard with an M.B.A.
Jonathan Rosenberg
Jonathan Rosenberg serves as a Managing Member and Executive Vice President of
IIG Debt Management LLC. Mr. Rosenberg is a principal of Rosenberg & Associates, one of the largest court reporting, video and litigation support firms in the Northeast. Mr. Rosenberg is also responsible for managing a substantial family investment portfolio.
Michael Kusens
Michael Kusens serves as Vice President, Finance of
IIG Debt Management LLC. Mr. Kusens has extensive healthcare software and medical billing / collections experience and brings a significant resource network from this sector to his engagement. Mr. Kusens will manage the financial administration and the portfolio valuation process.
Jörgen Eriksson
Mr Eriksson experience in consulting for and managing companies globally makes him a key Director of
IIG. His experience includes:
- International Management Consulting, Program Management, Project Management and Quality Assurance
- Financial industry, international consultancy, information technology industry, petroleum industry, educational and public sector
- Line, program and project management of business development projects, complex business process re-engineering projects, research projects, IT implementation projects and IT development projects
- Wide range of business practices, project methodologies and financial sector and other software systems
